Toonie AI provides AI-assisted tools for creating scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, and other creative content. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

2. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using Toonie AI, subject to our license to host, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service. You may not use Toonie AI to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Credits and Payments

Toonie AI operates on a credit-based model. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Limitation of Liability

Toonie AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the platform or other users.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Toonie AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
